The culinary experience
Our restaurant combines Nordic and classic French cuisine with a Bornholm pantry. Lunch offers a selection of exciting blackboard dishes, delicious Bornholm-inspired dishes with innovative open sandwiches and the menu of the day. In the evening, you can enjoy one of the wonderful menus - the large signature menu or the water's edge menu, which changes regularly based on seasonal ingredients. For our hotel guests, we also offer a three-course hotel menu that changes daily.

The restaurant is sound and inviting with beautiful references to the seaside hotel's origins in the 30s. The views from the restaurant and the large outdoor terrace are second to none. It almost feels like you're floating above the water while being treated to tasty and honest food. Most days you can see all the way to Christiansø. On the terrace you can also enjoy the warmth of the sun all day with views of both the beach and the island's distinctive cliffs.
