Melsted Badehotel is a genuine seaside hotel and Bornholm's first seaside hotel from 1932. Combining classic seaside hotel idyll with Nordic minimalism, the seaside hotel exudes history and a relaxed, homely cottage atmosphere that keeps guests coming back year after year. Our newly renovated rooms are individually decorated with carefully selected references to the hotel's period of origin, including historic wallpaper, high paneling and furniture in classic Danish design. Troels and Daniel spoil our guests with a waterfront menu that changes every month, so you always get a taste of the season. The cuisine is based on classic Danish-French traditions and the best of Bornholm's larder. For lunch, we offer Bornholm-inspired innovative open sandwiches and a selection of exciting blackboard dishes.
In the evening, you can choose between our 3- and 6-course waterfront menu or the hotel menu, which changes daily and is based on seasonal local produce and the best from Denmark and European markets.
