CORPORATE AGREEMENT

Corporate customers can get a fixed agreement for accommodation and meals at Melsted Badehotel. It can be nice when you come from afar that the formal circumstances are in place so that you can get the best out of your time with us. We can create a company package that includes agreed prices for both accommodation, rental of meeting room incl. equipment as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks.
We can also help organize meetings or meaningful team building activities, experiences on the island or anything else you may need. You will be pampered in our restaurant, where we serve food made from scratch from the best local ingredients. Taste and love for the individual ingredients is an important detail for the kitchen to create the good dining experience.
MEETINGS & CONFERENCES
Our meeting room and the hotel's other areas can be rented for both short and long meetings, corporate events and conferences. We have modern meeting facilities and a meeting room with room for up to 22 guests. In the rooms, in the meeting room and in the hotel in general, there is free WiFi, which ensures that you can always be online.
For example, we can offer a full-day and a half-day meeting package, but we can also tailor a package to suit your needs. When you book a meeting package, the highest quality catering and AV equipment are of course also included in the agreement and our receptionist will be available throughout your stay. In connection with larger corporate events and conferences, it may be an idea to rent the entire hotel, and in that case, a number of benefits regarding access to different parts of the hotel are included. PEOPLE'S MEETING
Folkemøde Week is very special here on Bornholm and also at Melsted Badehotel. Melsted Badehotel is a peaceful haven during this hectic week and an obvious destination if you or your company want a more intimate and exclusive setting. With our unique location at the water's edge, large beach garden and beautiful restaurant with terrace and panoramic views of the Baltic Sea, there is ample opportunity to create your very own intimate oasis away from the hectic epicenter of the Folkemødet. It is about a fifteen-minute drive to Folkemødet from Melsted Badehotel.
We offer a Folkemøde package with 3 nights, a wonderful breakfast buffet or the option of a take-away breakfast. If you have special wishes for your stay this week, we are ready to help, and as always, there will be a high level of service at Melsted Badehotel.

Meeting packages
Melsted Badehotel's conference house is located in a separate building with an undisturbed view of the sea and scenic surroundings. This contributes to an optimal setting for your next meeting. The meeting room has AV equipment, TV & wireless internet. The conference house has its own terrace, which, weather permitting, is an ideal place to take a break together or for group work. The receptionist is ready to help you get started and is available throughout your stay.

Catering
You can choose to have lunch in the restaurant or in the meeting room, and after work there are various dinner options. For example, a conference dinner with two courses for DKK 350. If you want to spice up the meeting participation with a culinary element, we at Melsted Badehotel have a collaboration with our neighbor, Madkulturhuset Gaarden, which holds cooking classes, foraging trips, etc.
Accommodation
Combine the meeting with an overnight stay in a newly renovated room with sea view. Start the day with a morning swim. Put on your bathrobe and step directly onto the cozy sandy beach with a jetty, located just below the hotel. Enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet in the restaurant with panoramic views of the cliffs and the sea. Then you are ready to start the day's meetings. When you need a break, you can take a walk in the cozy garden or along the coast. Gudhjem, for example, is just a 15-minute walk from the seaside hotel along the picturesque old rescue path through cliffs, pastures and the charming fishing village of Melsted.
