Corporate clients can arrange a fixed agreement for accommodation and catering at Melsted Seaside Hotel. It can be reassuring for those traveling from afar to have the formal arrangements in place, ensuring they make the most of their time with us. We can create a corporate package that includes agreed prices for accommodation, meeting room rental including equipment, as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages.

We can also help arrange meetings or meaningful team-building activities, island experiences, or anything else you might need. You will be pampered in our restaurant, where food made from scratch using the best local ingredients is served. Great taste and a love for individual ingredients are crucial details for the kitchen to create an excellent dining experience.

MEETINGS & CONFERENCES

Our meeting room and the hotel's other areas can be rented for both short and long-term meetings, corporate events, and conferences. We have modern meeting facilities and a meeting room with space for up to 22 guests. In the rooms, the meeting room, and throughout the hotel, there is free WiFi, ensuring you can always be online.

We can, for example, offer a full-day and a half-day meeting package, but can also tailor the package precisely to your needs. When you book a meeting package, high-quality catering and AV equipment are naturally included in the agreement, and our receptionist will be available to assist you throughout your stay. The Folkemøde week is very special here on Bornholm and also at Melsted Seaside Hotel. Melsted Seaside Hotel is a peaceful haven during this hectic week and an ideal destination if you or your company desire a more intimate and exclusive setting. With our unique waterfront location, large beach garden, and beautiful restaurant with a terrace and panoramic views of the Baltic Sea, there are ample opportunities to create your own intimate oasis a little distance from Folkemøde's hectic epicenter. Folkemøde is approximately a fifteen-minute drive from Melsted Seaside Hotel.

We offer a Folkemødet package including 3 nights, a delicious breakfast buffet, or the option for take-away breakfast. Should you have any special requests for your stay this week, we are ready to assist, and as always, you can expect a high level of service at Melsted Seaside Hotel.

Melsted Seaside Hotel's conference house is undisturbed in a separate building with an unobstructed view of the sea and scenic surroundings. This provides an optimal setting for your next meeting. The meeting room has AV equipment, TV & wireless internet. The conference house has its own terrace, which, weather permitting, is ideal for taking a break together or for group work. The receptionist is ready to help you get started and will assist you throughout your stay.
