CHEF

You have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen.
• Overview and basic knowledge of classic Danish-French cuisine.
• Ability to work for a period of 6-7 months on Bornholm
• Interest in working with local ingredients and joining a new, strong team focused on service and developing the gastronomic experience at Melsted Seaside Hotel

SERVER

You have:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an à la carte restaurant
• Overview and knowledge of service, wine, and food
• Opportunity to work for a period of 3-6 months on Bornholm
• Interest in joining a new team at a seasonally busy restaurant with a focus on classic and personal service
